EPAM provides digital platform engineering and software development services, helping clients build enterprise data platforms and modern cloud-based solutions.

• Build and maintain Python-based ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and validation;
• Design and develop data pipelines to ingest data from operational databases into Snowflake;
• Develop scalable and performant data models in Snowflake;
• Implement and maintain Medallion Architecture data models to support analytics and downstream applications;
• Collaborate with application developers, business users, and data consumers to understand data requirements.

• 3+ Years of hands-on data engineering experience;
• Strong Python programming skills with experience building ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Solid SQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling;
• Strong experience with Snowflake;
• Experience integrating data from OLTP databases, including PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server;
• Experience implementing Medallion Architecture or similar layered data lake/lakehouse models;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect, experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), familiarity with dbt or similar transformation frameworks, experience with CI/CD for data engineering workflows.
