As the ICX Engineering Manager for the EMEA, you build and lead the EMEA team of ICX Engineers — a presales FDE team that leads the ideation and creation of these engagements. They model a customer's domain as an enterprise ontology, build agents and machine learning that reason over it and act on it, and deliver working agentic applications that compel customers to invest in Intelligence Center X with Siemens.
This is a formal people-management role, and a player-coach one. You:
- Lead by example — build customer solutions yourself, and set the bar for how the team builds them.
- Are a senior presence on key opportunities — with customers, and alongside sales leadership.
- Recruit and grow the team — hire strong engineers, and develop them.
- Evolve the global practice — work with global ICX leaders on how we engage with customers across every zone.
You work alongside sales teams and strategic partners, and report to the EMEA Pre-Sales Leader.
What your team's work looks like
In a given week, one of your engineers is connecting quality and supplier data for an aerospace manufacturer to find why defects keep reaching its customers. Another is building an agentic assistant that helps a pharma company make batch release decisions in hours rather than days. You are with a third customer's leadership team, shaping the next engagement. Your job is to make sure each one lands — and that what one engineer learns, the next one starts with.
- Grow with ICX. Lead as Siemens brings Intelligence Center X to the market as a leading industrial AI platform.
- Build and lead a team. ICX Engineering is growing fast, and you shape both the Americas team and the global practice.
- The problem every enterprise is working on. Agentic AI grounded in a company's own data and context.
- A direct line to product. Your team's engagements help shape the ICX roadmap.
