golang engineer in Web3 infrastructure

SoftConstruct develops blockchain and Web3 solutions, including scalable applications and distributed microservices infrastructure.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis in the blockchain and Web3 domain;
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions;
• Develop scalable and efficient blockchain applications using Go;
• Implement key features across Web3 infrastructure;
• Translate technical requirements into well-structured, high-performance, and reliable code;
• Design and build robust, testable, and maintainable systems within a distributed microservices architecture;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and optimize system design for security, scalability, and speed;
• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, product, and security teams;
• Write comprehensive technical documentation, including clean and well-documented Godoc comments;
• Stay up to date with blockchain and Go language advancements;
• Share knowledge within the team.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Golang Developer;
• Strong knowledge of Go programming paradigms, idioms, and concurrency patterns, including goroutines and channels;
• Experience with Go frameworks and tools, including Go templating engines, Revel or similar web frameworks, and dependency management tools such as Godep, Go Modules, and Sltr;
• Ability to write efficient, reusable, and testable code;
• Experience building and integrating microservices architectures;
• Familiarity with Git and other code versioning systems;
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
• Nice to have: proven experience working on blockchain or Web3-related projects.
