Daftcode is a technology group and venture builder that creates, scales, and invests in startups in areas including Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security, and Blockchain. It provides technology and business support to startup founders, early-stage projects, and existing startups seeking financing, commercialization, and business scaling.

• Design and develop applications;
• Ensure the technical quality of applications and system architecture;
• Optimize applications for performance;
• Write unit and integration tests;
• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with backend development in any language;
• At least 2 years of commercial experience with Go;
• Use AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude in daily work and create automated workflows with them;
• Experience in the banking industry or with Fintech products;
• Understanding of business needs;
• Experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL is preferred;
• Knowledge of HTTP and REST;
• Nice to have: familiarity with blockchain-related topics, experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into products, experience with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud experience, knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment.
