• Implement automated testing, CI/CD integrations, and end-to-end observability across distributed Go services under heavy load;
• Collaborate within a dedicated engineering squad to deliver clean, maintainable architecture on tight release schedules.

• 5+ Years of commercial software engineering experience with deep hands-on proficiency in Go (Golang);
• Proven experience architecting and shipping scalable distributed systems and APIs using gRPC, REST, and Go;
• Experience building developer tooling, build engines, automated QA frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong knowledge of Go concurrency patterns, memory management, profiling, and high-throughput backend design;
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana;
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong technical communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience in financial services or fintech, Language Server Protocol (LSP), AST parsing, VSCode extension development, legacy platform modernization, compiler design, DSL design.
