• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Golang;
• Integrate and manage MySQL, ClickHouse, and Redis data storage solutions;
• Implement and manage messaging systems using Kafka;
• Use Docker for application containerization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions to address them;
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation using GitLab;
• Build and optimize large-scale proxy infrastructure handling massive IP pools and high-load traffic.

• At least 2 years of Golang experience for candidates with 4+ years of experience in other programming languages;
• At least 4 years of experience for candidates with exclusive Golang experience;
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Kafka, ClickHouse, Docker, MySQL, Redis, and GitLab;
• Proven experience building web-based applications;
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and data structures;
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitLab;
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
