Golang Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go;
• Build and support REST and gRPC APIs;
• Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ;
• Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions;
• Take ownership of services throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and production support;
• Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance;
• Write and maintain backend tests;
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus;
• Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality where applicable.

• 4+ Years of overall commercial software development experience;
• 2+ Years of production experience with Golang;
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels;
• Experience with microservice architecture;
• Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs;
• Experience with PostgreSQL;
• Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ;
• Experience with Docker;
• Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability;
• Experience with backend testing;
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: 3+ years of production experience with Go, experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects, experience designing backend architecture, experience with AI integrations, experience owning services from initial design through production support.
