• Build and maintain backend-centric services in a microservices architecture using Golang;
• Design and implement scalable APIs and backend components;
• Manage data storage systems including SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Support end-to-end delivery from solution design to production deployment;
• Develop frontend components using React and TypeScript;
• Apply engineering best practices including clean code, testing, security, and scalability;
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements and infrastructure-related tasks.

• Strong experience with Golang for backend development;
• Proven experience designing and building backend services and APIs at scale;
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems;
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases;
• Experience with NoSQL databases and performance optimization;
• Production experience with React and TypeScript;
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and real-time communication patterns;
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability;
• Effective communication skills in cross-functional teams;
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving;
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment;
• English level: B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: Hands-on AWS experience, Docker experience, Infrastructure as Code exposure, experience with observability tooling and production troubleshooting, experience with micro-frontends or module federation.
