5+ Years of backend engineering experience;
At least 2 years of experience with Golang;
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture;
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently;
Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
