• Design and build scalable backend solutions in Go;
• Shape the architecture of a high-load, business-critical system;
• Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and operations teams on market management tools, integrations, settlement workflows, and platform capabilities;
• Adapt the product to regulatory and market requirements;
• Support partners across multiple jurisdictions;
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions;
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and clean, testable implementation;
• Collaborate within a Scrum team;
• Participate in planning personal workflow;
• Engage in architectural, infrastructure, and other strategic decision-making processes;
• Conduct code reviews for other team members;
• Document own code.

• 7+ Years of professional software development experience;
• At least 4 years of recent programming experience with Go as the primary language;
• Hands-on experience with betting-related products;
• Strong understanding of Go internals, including data structures, multithreading, memory management, and garbage collection;
• Experience with relational databases and complex SQL query optimization;
• Solid knowledge of Linux;
• Understanding of containerization with Docker;
• Ability to write testable code and corresponding unit tests;
• Experience working with Kafka and Kubernetes;
• Intermediate English;
• Upper-Intermediate Russian;
• Nice to have: experience developing applications in finance or other fields where data integrity is a key requirement, understanding of distributed applications and microservice architecture, familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, or Hexagonal Architecture, experience with PostgreSQL and Clickhouse.
