Scalable Solutions operates a financial services platform designed to remain stable and fast through production issue investigation, focused fixes, automation, monitoring, and operational documentation.

• Triage and reproduce production issues using logs, metrics, and traces, and identify root causes;
• Implement small, well-scoped fixes and automations in Go;
• Add and adjust tests;
• Improve observability and operations through alerts, dashboards, and post-mortems;
• Keep documentation up to date, including how-to guides and incident notes;
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering standards.

• Basic Go skills, including functions, modules, and error handling;
• Solid SQL fundamentals and confidence reading and writing Postgres queries;
• Understanding of distributed systems basics, including queues, streams, and caching;
• Comfortable with Git;
• Able to write clear technical notes in English;
• Curious and systematic approach to debugging, with the ability to ask good questions and follow through;
• Nice to have: Go concurrency fundamentals, exposure to Kafka, Redis and/or Temporal, Go unit/integration testing, basic CI pipelines, observability with metrics, logs and traces, containers and Kubernetes basics.

• Standard 40-hour week (8h/day).
