Pinobyte is a founder-led engineering company that builds custom data-extraction solutions. It extracts data from heavily protected websites at scale and turns it into usable business information for marketplaces, e-commerce, real estate, social media and review platforms.

• Own high-value data-extraction targets end to end, from researching site defenses and designing bypasses to building extractors and maintaining their reliability;
• Analyze anti-bot detection, browser fingerprinting, session and cookie strategies, request-level reverse engineering and large-scale parsing;
• Build monitoring that detects target failures before clients do;
• Develop and own a Go-based proxy platform and its surrounding infrastructure;
• Design high-throughput traffic handling, connection pooling, routing and rotation logic, IP quality and reputation management, latency and failure budgets;
• Drive improvements to systems with accumulated technical debt and production incidents;
• Use LLMs and coding agents to understand unfamiliar codebases, generate code and critically review it;
• Ship quickly with tests, logs and metrics;
• Design systems for failure modes, retries, idempotency, cost and 100x traffic;
• Propose concrete fixes with trade-offs and drive them through;
• Debug unfamiliar production code with incomplete information.

• Work as an AI-native software engineer using LLMs and coding agents as a regular part of the workflow;
• Strong system design, engineering judgment and ownership;
• Ability to learn and work across Python, Go, TypeScript or Rust;
• Proactive approach focused on solutions rather than status updates;
• Ability to debug production code written by others;
• Excellent spoken English for daily communication and live architecture or incident discussions;
• Nice to have: anti-bot systems and fingerprinting, TLS/JA3, HTTP/2, low-level networking, headless browser automation at scale with Playwright/CDP, Go services under load, proxy infrastructure, high-volume packet processing, distributed queues and workers, observability, previous experience owning a product surface end to end.

• Full-time, long-term role;
• $3,000–5,500/Month;
