• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for key components of the Xsolla platform;
• Architect and evolve microservices-based systems for large-scale, high-performance operations;
• Implement and optimize database structures and queries for efficiency and reliability;
• Ensure high availability, performance, and fault tolerance across distributed services;
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system observability;
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster engineering excellence;
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and innovative solutions;
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, testing, and proactive system monitoring;

• 3+ Years of professional experience in backend development with Go;
• Experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures;
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience, including query optimization;
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication patterns;
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation;
• Understanding of software design principles, OOP, and clean architecture;
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha and monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams;
• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset;
• Proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation;
• Nice to have: Go frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Fiber; GraphQL or gRPC; distributed systems, caching layers, or message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ; gaming, fintech, or digital asset platforms.
