GALVANY develops climate-neutral energy solutions, including heat pumps, battery storage, and smart metering. GALVANY-Tech builds an AI-based Operating System for sales, planning, installation, and operation of heat pumps and integrated energy systems, including a Virtual Power Plant.

• Design and implement robust, event-driven architectures using Go and Kafka across product domains;
• Develop APIs and data integrations connecting the platform to physical devices, external markets, and user-facing interfaces;
• Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into backend services and Gen AI infrastructure;
• Take end-to-end responsibility for services from initial design and testing through deployment and long-term observability;
• Design and implement automation solutions using workflow engines, low-code platforms, and custom code.

• Have 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as top-tier consulting, fast-scaling startups, or similar;
• Have proven end-to-end responsibility in software engineering or infrastructure/DevOps, from ideation to release;
• Have a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field;
• Have strong coding skills with proficiency in Go or a similar language;
• Understand event-driven architecture and apply a “right tool for the job” mindset to automation;
• Be fluent in spec-driven, AI-assisted development, such as Claude Code;
• Have a self-driven problem-solving mindset and work effectively without micromanagement or specific tickets;
• Have a technical mindset and passion for systems, data flows, integrations, continuous learning, and problem solving;
• Be fluent in English;
• Nice to have: German.
