• 3+ Years of experience as a Developer;
• Experience developing high-load and distributed systems;
• Experience with financial systems or payment platforms;
• Experience in a Senior Developer or Team Lead role;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
• Experience developing and deploying microservices in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Strong knowledge of Go;
• Experience with Go frameworks and libraries such as Gin or Echo;
• Knowledge of microservices architecture principles;
• Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: experience with Git, understanding of CI/CD principles and relevant tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, knowledge of security principles and software development best practices, experience with monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
