Go Developer

The company is a large international business group of German origin operating in sectors such as retail, food, industry, and digital services. It is building a next-generation European cloud platform to provide infrastructure, security, and cloud services based on digital sovereignty principles.

• Design and develop backend services in Golang;
• Build cloud-native solutions based on Kubernetes;
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators and Controllers;
• Design scalable APIs and distributed systems;
• Participate in the evolution of CI/CD platforms and internal tools;
• Work with Docker, OCI, and container ecosystems;
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, Security, and SRE teams;
• Participate in architecture and scalability decisions;
• Ensure observability, resilience, and service quality;
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• Solid experience developing software with Golang;
• Experience working with Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud-native technologies;
• Experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems;
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend services;
• Experience with cloud environments;
• Proficiency in software development, testing, and design best practices;
• High level of English for working in an international environment;
• Nice to have: Kubernetes Operators or Controllers development, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, cloud-native security or applied cryptography, Harbor, Python, experience in air-gapped environments.
