Mirantus Health is a well-funded health-tech startup that enables doctors to deliver distributed healthcare solutions to patients in remote and underserved areas. The company is already operational and serves hundreds of patients every month.

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications with React;
• Develop and integrate APIs in the Node.js (NestJS) backend;
• Turn design concepts into polished, accessible user experiences;
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and help raise the bar on quality;
• Take part in code reviews, architecture decisions, and the continuous evolution of engineering practices;
• Help maintain and gradually modernize legacy services.

• Have 5+ years of solid professional experience as a full stack developer;
• Demonstrate strong command of TypeScript and modern React;
• Have hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query, or the proven ability to learn them quickly;
• Have working knowledge of Node.js, ideally with NestJS;
• Understand APIs, state management, and component-driven development;
• Focus on testing, performance, and accessibility;
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively;
• Nice to have: Spring Boot (Kotlin) for the legacy stack, experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, familiarity with CI/CD.
