• Design, develop, and optimize complex, innovative software solutions using the latest technologies and agile approaches in direct collaboration with customers;
• Solve technical and conceptual challenges such as continuous delivery processes and performance optimization;
• Use AI-powered development and assistance tools to support software development, debugging, testing, and documentation;
• Coach employees, manage development teams, and contribute to the expansion of the technological offering;
• Participate in continuous personal development through agile teamwork.

• At least one year of experience in software full-stack development;
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development with Java and Spring Boot, or experience with JakartaEE or microprofile implementations (Quarkus, Micronaut);
• Proficiency in modern web technologies and one of the common JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js);
• Expertise in the development and integration of microservices;
• Proficiency with common development and integration tools and the ability to use AI-powered tools effectively;
• Enthusiasm for technology and interest in technology consulting;
• Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field;
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level);
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese (C1-Level);
• Nice to have: Extensive knowledge of unit and integration testing of applications, experience in agile project methods (Scrum, DevOps).
