The company operates a global team and develops an internal ecosystem of services, including an employee portal, digital accounting system, HR analytics platform, merchandise store, and streaming service.

• Develop and maintain in-house extensions and integrations for company-wide tools such as Asana, Slack, Jira, and Git;
• Consolidate extensions and integrations into one coherent system;
• Evolve and support internal products end to end, including the employee portal, payroll and compensation tooling, and candidate hiring portal;
• Develop video transcription pipelines and candidate scoring functionality;
• Make architectural decisions for internal systems;
• Influence the technical and product development of internal systems.

• 3+ Years of hands-on Python development experience and understanding of the modern backend stack;
• Hands-on React development experience and understanding of the modern frontend stack;
• Experience developing for Kubernetes and working with cloud vendors;
• Active use of AI tools in development and understanding of AI SDLC approaches.
