The company serves clients across finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, public administration, education, healthcare, and other sectors.

• Design and develop new features using .NET, SharePoint and web technologies;
• Develop solutions using Azure services and AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Document Intelligence;
• Design and implement backend and frontend components;
• Maintain and troubleshoot an existing SharePoint On-Premises solution;
• Analyze and resolve application, integration and data-related issues;
• Work directly with the client to understand business needs and clarify requirements;
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks;
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions;
• Propose technical solutions and make implementation decisions;
• Estimate and break down development tasks;
• Own features from requirements clarification through implementation and deployment;
• Maintain and continuously improve the existing solution.

• Very good knowledge of C#;
• Practical experience with .NET 8 and .NET Framework 4.8;
• Experience with SharePoint On-Premises 2016/2019, including development, maintenance and troubleshooting;
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server;
• Experience with Angular 2+ and Blazor;
• Experience with Hangfire or similar background job processing solutions;
• Practical knowledge of Git;
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot existing applications;
• Ability to understand an existing codebase and independently implement new features and changes;
• Ability to communicate directly with the client, gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions;
• High level of independence, ownership and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and at least some of Azure Storage, Azure Event Grid, Azure Functions, Azure AI Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI;
• Nice to have: MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development certification or an equivalent SharePoint development certification, experience integrating SharePoint solutions with external systems and Azure services, knowledge of software architecture and application integration patterns.
