The company builds an AI-native delivery team focused on shipping software rapidly by utilizing AI coding tools as a primary workflow.

• Build and deploy end-to-end applications using AI-native development tools;
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, and deployment;
• Ship products to internal teams, operations, and pilot customers;
• Iterate through rapid build, demo, learn, and improve cycles;
• Create LLM-powered features including AI search, document processing, summarization, workflow automation, and agentic experiences;
• Apply appropriate engineering rigor for the project stage;
• Move fast on experiments and prototypes;
• Determine when to improve, hand off, or discard solutions;
• Document successful prototypes for production teams;
• Use AI for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation;
• Evaluate new AI development tools continuously;
• Maintain judgment over AI-generated output.

• 4+ Years of software development experience or equivalent portfolio;
• Portfolio of AI-built products shipped within the last 90 days;
• Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar;
• Experience with modern web development including React, Vue, Node.js, Python, databases, APIs, and platforms like Vercel, Railway, or Supabase;
• Ability to distinguish between prototype-quality and production-ready solutions;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: PropTech, real estate, or operations-focused product experience, experience moving prototypes into production, German language skills.
