Design and build services and subsystems end-to-end;
Make architectural decisions regarding patterns, contracts, and performance optimization;
Mentor middle developers;
Own code quality through reviews and technical strategy;
Work with observability and monitoring stack;
Coordinate across domain teams on cross-cutting concerns.

4+ Years of commercial experience with TypeScript and Node.js;
Experience with microservices design, including gRPC and event-driven patterns;
Deep knowledge of React and Next.js;
Advanced PostgreSQL skills, including query optimization and read replicas;
Experience with Redis and message brokers such as NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka;
Proven mentoring track record;
Architectural thinking with a focus on trade-offs, system-level perspective, and ADRs;
Nice to have: Nx monorepo experience, Ansible, Terraform or other IaC, iGaming or fintech domain experience, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Tempo), financial transaction patterns (idempotency, reconciliation).
