Plat4m.Tech (GBwin.io) operates in the iGaming and fintech sectors, developing complex digital platforms and services.
задачи
- Design and build services and subsystems end-to-end;
- Make architectural decisions regarding patterns, contracts, and performance optimization;
- Mentor middle developers;
- Own code quality through reviews and technical strategy;
- Work with observability and monitoring stack;
- Coordinate across domain teams on cross-cutting concerns.
требования
- 4+ Years of commercial experience with TypeScript and Node.js;
- Experience with microservices design, including gRPC and event-driven patterns;
- Deep knowledge of React and Next.js;
- Advanced PostgreSQL skills, including query optimization and read replicas;
- Experience with Redis and message brokers such as NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka;
- Proven mentoring track record;
- Architectural thinking with a focus on trade-offs, system-level perspective, and ADRs;
- Nice to have: Nx monorepo experience, Ansible, Terraform or other IaC, iGaming or fintech domain experience, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Tempo), financial transaction patterns (idempotency, reconciliation).
