Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python, React)

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
• Implement new features and enhancements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient way
• Collaborate with Product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, driving resolution of issues and bugs
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team - guide design discussions, perform code reviews, and support continuous improvement
• Participate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in alignment with engineering processes

• Extensive professional expertise in Python/Node.js and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js)
• Background job processing: queues, retries, idempotent jobs, handling a worker that fails mid-task
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (preferably AWS) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience in contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration
• At least one project using LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming. A side project is fine. A simple chat interface on top of an API isn’t enough
• At least one product you built from scratch and then maintained in production for a year or more
• Temporal, Inngest or another durable execution tool
• OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse or other tools for storing large volumes of logs and traces
• Building MCP servers or clients
• LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK or Claude Agent SDK
• Protection against prompt injection, sandboxing tool execution
