Full stack software engineer for ERP systems

• Design and develop new features across both frontend and backend
• Maintain and enhance existing functionality
• Investigate and fix defects, refactor code, and address technical debt
• Write maintainable, reliable, and well-tested code
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and estimations
• Collaborate with QA, Business Analyst, Tech Lead, and Project Manager throughout the development lifecycle
• Communicate directly with clients through written communication and weekly calls
• Contribute to improving engineering practices, development workflows, and project processes
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, to improve development efficiency and quality

• At least 3 years of strong experience with Java and hands-on experience with Spring / Spring MVC
• Strong software engineering experience with TypeScript and React
• Solid understanding of frontend and backend development principles and the ability to work independently across both areas
• Good understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and maintainable code practices
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
• Understanding of automated testing principles and experience writing unit and/or integration tests
• English level B1+, with the ability to communicate with the client
• Understanding of application security and secure development practices
• Experience contributing to architectural or technical design decisions
