full stack developer music rights administration

DataArt develops internal platforms and operational tools for music rights administration, royalty processing, metadata management, licensing workflows, and analytics.

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Python and JavaScript or TypeScript;
• Build modern frontend interfaces and internal operational dashboards;
• Develop backend APIs and services for publishing administration workflows;
• Create tools for royalty processing, rights tracking, metadata management, and operational support;
• Build integrations with external systems, DSPs, licensing platforms, and internal Sony systems;
• Design and optimize ETL and data processing pipelines;
• Work with large music catalog datasets and publishing administration data;
• Collaborate with product managers, publishing operations teams, analysts, and architects;
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions;
• Improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Strong experience with Python;
• Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript;
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React;
• Experience building backend APIs and microservices;
• Strong SQL knowledge;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS;
• Understanding of scalable web application architecture;
• Experience with REST APIs and third party integrations;
• Familiarity with Docker and CI CD pipelines;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross functional teams;
• Nice to have: experience with music publishing, royalties, licensing, or rights management systems, Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, or data engineering workflows, GraphQL, event driven architectures, operational analytics and reporting tools, large scale metadata systems.
