Full Stack Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re looking for a Full Stack / Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deliver production LLM applications (RAG, hybrid search, document parsing) for our clients, working directly with senior business stakeholders. You’ll own solutions end to end, from discovery and prototyping to deployment on Azure and ongoing evaluation.

• Strong React/TypeScript and Python skills (FastAPI or similar).
• Experience delivering at least one LLM application to production, including RAG, prompt design, structured output, and OpenAI API.
• Hands-on experience with vector or hybrid search and document parsing (PDF, Word, Excel).
• Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools (Langfuse or similar).
• Working knowledge of Azure, including VMs, application hosting, and Entra ID/SSO.
• Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to lead sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders, provide clear status updates, and work effectively with ambiguity.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• MCP server development or Claude/agent integrations.
• Experience with PII and GDPR handling, including Presidio and EU data residency.
• Background in finance, private equity, or M&A due diligence.

• Model: B2B contract with Bonapolia - one contract, one monthly invoice
• Rate: negotiated per candidate seniority and client budget
• Payment: monthly invoice, paid on the same schedule the client pays us (usually 30 days)
• Contract written under your country's law
• We handle the client-side paperwork: MSA, NDA, invoicing
