• Build and optimize intuitive frontend interfaces using React;
• Develop and manage robust backend services and data pipelines using Python;
• Handle API integration and management, including APIGEE;
• Onboard local market use cases across different regions;
• Provide technical support and configure environments for use cases;
• Author playbooks and establish repeatable frameworks to accelerate onboarding and deployment;
• Support daily platform operations and monitor active bots;
• Follow up on incidents;
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve technical debt, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across application and dependency layers;
• Partner with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Science, MLOps, DevOps, Security, and Procurement teams;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
