• Research, conceptualize, and develop new or complex technologies and their applications;
• Contribute to project definition and implementation at the process level;
• Lead software design and research efforts as a key technical resource for projects;
• Initiate and lead engineering teams developing new products;
• Research, define, present, and recommend software designs and alternative strategies;
• Lead the team in determining customer requirements and developing customer solutions;
• Perform critical design reviews;
• Provide mid-level engineers with methodologies and effective techniques for design engineering and troubleshooting;
• Lead the formulation of detailed functional and product specifications;
• Act as a Technical Lead and key technical resource for other engineers and project leaders;
• Interface with other company organizations and act as a liaison on technical and non-technical matters.

• Bachelor of Science degree with additional education/training or equivalent;
• 5 Or more years of related experience;
• Expert proficiency in software requirements, software design, software maintenance, software engineering management, software engineering tools and methods, and software engineering quality;
• Advanced proficiency in software construction, software testing, software configuration management, and software engineering processes;
• Experience with J2EE, Swing, Hibernate, Javascript, and Web Services.

• Base salary range: 203,835 zł – 313,593 zł;
• Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus with a target of 10% of salary;
