• Own solutions across the full stack over the long term

• Work across the software stack, from backend to frontend and user experience
• Translate business and user needs into technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders, end users, and the team
• Work independently and take responsibility from problem definition through technical solution and user onboarding when needed
• Take long-term ownership of the product and develop it as the business evolves
• Communicate clearly in English and explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Be passionate about continuously improving ways of working
