• Turn product designs into scalable, production-ready features;
• Own core product features from architecture through deployment;
• Scout, assess, and adopt technologies that improve the product;
• Use and manage coding agents to increase development output;
• Collaborate with product and design from initial ideas through shipped features;
• Provide technical guidance across the company;
• Monitor, maintain, and evolve the technology stack;
• Improve product performance and stability across markets and loads;
• Build features that measurably improve user value.

• 5+ Years of full stack development experience;
• Experience shipping real products to real users;
• Experience with AWS, NodeJS, React, and Docker;
• Ideally, experience in a high-traffic B2C environment;
• Ability to evaluate technologies critically and pragmatically;
• Experience using coding agents and AI tools as part of the development workflow;
• Product-oriented mindset focused on user impact;
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and other teams;
• Nice to have: experience in a high-traffic B2C environment.
