full stack developer for HR software

ILARIA is a consulting company that provides a full range of HR solutions and digitizes organizational processes through its own HR Software. Its solutions help companies manage and automate HR processes and improve employee experience.

• Develop new features for ILARIA HR Software and improve existing functionality;
• Create and integrate Front-End React and Back-End Laravel components;
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs on Laravel and improve existing APIs;
• Design data structures, perform migrations, optimize queries, and manage data effectively in Microsoft SQL Server;
• Analyze, optimize, and refactor existing code;
• Contribute to improving system performance, stability, and security;
• Develop technical solutions with the Product Owner and team;
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and approaches when needed;
• Participate in code reviews and follow the team’s technical standards;
• Develop functionality according to technical documentation and specifications.

• At least 3 years of professional Full Stack Development experience;
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel Framework, including Eloquent ORM, Migrations, Queues, Middleware, and Service Container;
• Professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server and good knowledge of T-SQL, including indexes, stored procedures, and performance optimization;
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills and professional experience with React.js;
• Knowledge of React functional components, Hooks, Context API, and React Router;
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture;
• Experience designing, creating, and integrating REST APIs;
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including Laravel Sanctum / Passport, JWT, and role-based access;
• Experience using Composer, npm, and modern build tools such as Vite / Webpack;
• Practical experience with Git and version control;
• Experience with automated testing and code quality assurance practices;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking;
• Ability to solve complex problems independently;
• Ability to take responsibility for tasks and results;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team;
• Willingness to learn and develop new technologies;
• Culture of writing high-quality, structured, and maintainable code;
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback;
• Nice to have: experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or other business platforms, Figma and design systems, Docker and deployment in Windows / IIS environments, CI/CD, Laravel testing tools such as PHPUnit / Pest, cloud platforms, Redis, queue/job systems and caching strategies, modern UI component libraries, complex multi-module products.
