• Drive technical design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of scalable full-stack applications;
• Lead team-level technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices;
• Build high-performing, resilient backend microservices using Java and modern enterprise frameworks;
• Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and modern frontend state management;
• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-native solutions across GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Proven track record in a Senior or Lead role with experience owning technical design and guiding team execution;
• Deep production experience with backend development using Java;
• Strong hands-on proficiency with React;
• Practical experience building and deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure;
• Strong background in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native design;
• Nice to have: Experience working within enterprise-scale retail, supply chain, or high-throughput e-commerce systems, familiarity with CI/CD automation pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices, experience with state management libraries, TypeScript, and modern frontend performance optimization.
