full stack developer for grocery shopping

Crisp operates a grocery shopping and food system supported by customer-facing applications, warehouse software, last-mile operations, and tools for purchasing and commerce teams.

• Implement new app features with product owners and product designers;
• Help validate features by analysing technical telemetry and joining customer interviews;
• Code across the frontend and backend stack;
• Ship frequently and take responsibility for code in production;
• Refactor code and revisit abstractions as the business changes;
• Use LLMs as productivity tools where appropriate while understanding and owning every line of production code.

• Several years of experience developing for mobile;
• Practical experience with a general-purpose language such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go;
• Care about code quality and long-term maintainability;
• Enjoy working directly with product designers and customers;
• Comfortable taking responsibility for production systems;
• Dutch working proficiency at minimum B2 level;
• Nice to have: React Native experience, experience solving delicate performance issues on Android or iOS, experience operating systems serving a large user base.
