- Lead technical direction for teams of 5–15 engineers, including architecture, code reviews, and mentoring
- Write code daily, make architectural decisions, and take end-to-end technical ownership
требования
- 8+ Years of production TypeScript/JavaScript experience across frontend and backend
- Deep React and GraphQL expertise, including Apollo Server/Client
- Hands-on experience building and operating AWS serverless systems
- Experience with NoSQL at scale, such as DynamoDB, alongside PostgreSQL
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
- Russian C1
- English B2
