Alesium is a Limassol-based startup lab founded in 2008 that is building a fintech project.

• Build, design, ship, and run systems in production
• Direct AI coding agents, review their code, and own the results
• Test ideas quickly with small experiments and remain open to different solutions
• Adapt plans when a better approach emerges
• Help hire and lead the engineering team as it grows

• Know TypeScript well across backend and frontend and understand how it works under the hood
• Have shipped systems where bugs can cost real money, such as fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, or another high-load product
• Build with AI coding agents every day, direct them, review their code, and own the result
• Work independently on well-defined problems for one or two weeks and demonstrate a working result

• €65,000–95,000 Gross per year
• Work permit sponsorship and transfer; health insurance and legal support
• Work permit transfer fees and paperwork are covered, with the switch timed around the notice period
• AI tools and hardware are provided
• Must live in Cyprus or be ready to relocate there
• The working language is English; Russian and Ukrainian are welcome
• A 30-minute introductory call, followed by a working session of about 2 hours using usual AI tools, then an offer
