Aristek Systems develops innovative IT solutions for the US and European markets. The project provides education, training, and certification products for financial services professionals, including learning management and learning experience platforms.

• Design and build scalable and maintainable features end-to-end;
• Maintain and support existing functionality;
• Test and deploy applications while ensuring high performance and security;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements;
• Contribute to architecture and solution discussions, proposing and evaluating technical solutions across services;
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies;
• Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

• 5+ Years of professional software development experience;
• Strong backend fundamentals;
• Solid frontend experience with React and comfort with Angular;
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query performance, and migrations;
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as a core part of the daily development workflow;
• Understanding of GraphQL and REST API design;
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, common design patterns, and clean architecture practices;
• Ability to reason about API contracts, data ownership, and service boundaries across a multiservice system;
• Nice to have: Experience working in an AI-native SDLC, a shareable example of an AI-native project built by the candidate, experience with AWS such as S3 or SQS, experience with micro-frontend architectures and multi-service or distributed systems, familiarity with third-party API integrations.
