full stack developer for client service operations

XTB is a global financial services company focused on online trading of financial instruments. Its Customer Care department develops an ecosystem of AI-based solutions, AML and anti-fraud systems, and a central Customer Database to support post-onboarding processes and improve client service, security, and satisfaction.

• Work in a Scrum environment with a strong focus on effective team collaboration;
• Develop multiple products and build a wide range of functionalities;
• Design and develop backend microservices and user interfaces from solution design through production deployment;
• Build high-performance systems that process massive volumes of data with minimal latency;
• Support high availability and scalability for investments made by users worldwide;
• Translate business analysis into concrete technical solutions while meeting requirements and deadlines;
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, identify risks, and propose solutions for successful project delivery;
• Maintain clean, testable code aligned with engineering standards, best practices, and system architecture;
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with the team toward shared goals;
• Communicate and align on goals and decisions within an experienced team.

• Strong experience building Java-based microservices, including designing, implementing, and evolving microservices with an understanding of scalability and performance challenges;
• Commercial experience with Angular and solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS;
• Ability to deliver according to requirements and deadlines;
• Ownership and proactive risk management;
• Commitment to code quality and engineering best practices;
• Effective communication and collaboration in a mature, experienced team;
• Nice to have: gRPC integration between frontend and backend, micro-frontend architecture, monorepos such as NX, asynchronous messaging with Kafka/Pulsar/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis, Kubernetes/Rancher, Salesforce, design systems, Figma mockups, accessibility topics such as a11y/WCAG, E2E testing with Playwright or Cypress.
