full-stack developer for an AI platform

• Design, develop, and enhance features within an AI-powered multi-cloud platform, including Secure GPT-type services, document processing, automation, and APIs;
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring;
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services;
• Define and track KPIs to measure platform performance and usage;
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and international teams;
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and engineering standards;
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, automation, and platform efficiency;
• Deliver high-quality, tested, and production-ready software components;
• Create technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, and features;
• Deliver monitoring dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics;
• Develop automated workflows and scripts to improve operations;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements.

• 5+ Years of experience in web application development;
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript;
• Experience designing and developing APIs;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of React and Next.js;
• Solid experience with unit testing and End-to-End testing;
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, and monitoring;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps or similar tools, DevOps practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code fundamentals;
• Experience working with AI APIs or platforms such as OpenAI and Azure AI;
• Familiarity with RAG and agent-based or autonomous AI systems;
• Strong experience in prompt engineering;
• Ability to own topics end-to-end with an autonomous and proactive mindset;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Ability to work effectively in international teams;
• Adaptability to evolving priorities and fast-paced contexts;
• Nice to have: Terraform or Bicep, observability and monitoring tools, experience in regulated environments, knowledge of data security and compliance, Azure or API-related certifications.

• Availability for occasional travel within Europe when required.
