• Design, develop, and maintain web applications supporting AI solutions, communication platforms, and internal tools;
• Implement front-end user interfaces;
• Build and optimize back-end services;
• Integrate APIs;
• Ensure responsive and accessible web experiences;
• Collaborate with AI specialists, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Write clean, maintainable code;
• Perform code reviews;
• Troubleshoot issues;
• Participate in continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.

• Strong back-end web development skills, including server-side languages, frameworks, and API design;
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS);
• Hands-on software and full-stack development experience across the application lifecycle from design to deployment;
• Experience with databases, version control systems such as Git, and modern practices such as CI/CD;
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical specifications;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices architectures; additional language skills relevant to the region.
