full stack developer for AI solutions

The team develops commercial and research AI solutions for companies across the United States and contributes to advanced AI projects with leading LLM organizations.

• Develop efficient, maintainable code to train and optimize AI models;
• Benchmark performance and evaluate model responses against defined criteria;
• Create task-specific datasets for supervised fine-tuning;
• Support RLHF initiatives and help refine reward models;
• Design evaluation strategies and write clear technical rationales;
• Review code and documentation while collaborating across teams.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
• Extensive JavaScript or TypeScript experience;
• Web application experience with modular, scalable architectures;
• Strong focus on readable, secure, stable, and tested code;
• Excellent spoken and written English communication;
• Experience with Node.js, NestJS, React, Vue, Angular, and Docker;
• Nice to have: Software QA or test-planning experience.

• Fully remote;
• Contractor assignment with no medical or paid leave;
• Duration: 1 month; expected start next week;
• Commitment: 20, 30, or 40 hours/week; minimum 4 hours/day with 4 hours of PST overlap.
