full stack developer for AI-first software

The team develops AI-first software, using AI coding tools as the default way to build products. Its front-end workflow focuses on generating React screens, components, state logic and tests with AI, while emphasizing architecture, review and product quality.

• Build and ship full-stack features with React front-end and Node.js services and APIs;
• Build React screens from designs, specifications or screenshots using AI coding agents;
• Generate components, forms, tables, state logic and tests, then review, harden and integrate the output;
• Set up and maintain the AI workflow for front-end work, including project rules, context files, component conventions, design-system references and prompt patterns;
• Containerize services with Docker and deploy and operate them on Kubernetes and AWS;
• Maintain CI/CD, monitoring and logging for owned features;
• Review human- and AI-written code;
• Work directly with the product and management team.

• 5+ Years of professional software development experience;
• 3+ Years of regularly delivering both React front-end and Node.js back-end for the same production features;
• Equal depth in front-end and back-end development;
• Strong React skills, including hooks, state management, performance and TypeScript;
• Strong Node.js skills, including API design, async patterns, authentication and testing;
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, Docker and AWS;
• Daily experience using AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or similar to build React UI end-to-end;
• Ability to show real examples of screens or features built mostly with AI and explain what was kept, rewritten and why;
• Ability to provide AI agents with the right context, including design files, component libraries, existing patterns and API contracts;
• Understanding of common AI front-end issues, including state bugs, accessibility, performance and inconsistent styling, and how to detect them;
• Experience using AI across the stack for back-end code, tests, refactoring, debugging and reviews;
• Ability to explain prompt, context and agent workflows and how output is verified;
• Git, CI/CD and automated testing as regular practices;
• Independence, clear communication and ownership of features from idea to production;
• Nice to have: React Native experience with mobile apps shipped to App Store or Google Play, experience with AI design-to-code tools such as Figma-to-code, v0, Lovable, Bolt or similar in a real delivery flow.
