full stack developer for ad tech analytics

• Deliver end-to-end features, from API design in Ruby on Rails to user interface implementation in React, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with the Product team to understand requirements, propose solutions, and iterate on feedback
• Optimize existing application code to improve performance and maintainability
• Take the initiative to improve architecture, design, and development workflows
• Participate in technical design workshops, propose improvements, and work closely with the Product team, data engineers, and data scientists
• Own features from start to finish with complete autonomy

• 3+ Years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications and RESTful APIs, including Grape
• Experience with clean architecture, scalable patterns, performance optimization, RSpec, code reviews, continuous integration, and technical documentation
• Experience developing React interfaces with TypeScript and JSX, state management with Redux or Zustand, component-driven architecture, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries such as shadcn/ui
• Strong UX sensitivity and attention to user experience
• Experience setting up and maintaining tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
• Strong SQL skills, including complex analytical queries
• Experience with environments combining SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Mongoid), and performance and caching tools such as Redis and Elasticache
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, testing, linting with ESLint, structured review processes, AWS, and scalable cloud environments
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and distributed systems
• Pragmatic and autonomous, able to take a feature from design to production
• Strong communication skills and enjoys working closely with Product teams
• Pays attention to detail
• Fluent in English
