Join NetNordic’s growing team as a Full-Stack Software Developer!

You’ll join a close-knit team of talented software developers, systems developers, and administrators in our SOC Platform unit. Together, we deliver advanced SOC services and solutions for business-critical data systems. Our mission is to build an increasingly automated, scalable, and secure private cloud environment and as our technology evolves, we want you to grow with it. We work with open-source technologies, solutions developed in-house, and a mix of established and emerging tools. Above all, we value openness, curiosity, a passion for technology, and a willingness to keep learning. We are interested in hearing about all the ways you have built your skills and expertise.

Location: Turku, Finland (hybrid work)

What will make you succeed

You bring a solid technical foundation and are comfortable taking ownership of your work. You're passionate about technology, take initiative, and enjoy mentoring or supporting colleagues while continuing to grow your own expertise. You're open to using AI-assisted tools in your daily work and see them as an opportunity rather than a threat. You communicate well, ask the right questions, and know when to dig in versus when to raise a flag.

You'll work alongside skilled colleagues in an open and collaborative environment where teamwork matters.
