Full Stack Developer

Netenders is an international e-commerce distributor of omnichannel brands, specializing in blank and customized apparel for B2B and B2C customers. It operates online stores across Europe and North America and develops its own e-commerce Content Management System.

• Redesign, customize, and optimize e-commerce websites;
• Build and maintain React-based frontends for e-commerce websites;
• Develop verticals for different product categories and business units;
• Improve and expand the internal e-commerce CMS;
• Improve the purchase order process and supplier integrations;
• Handle and process large data volumes efficiently;
• Build back-office services for product management, pricing, and SEO data;
• Design and maintain clean, scalable APIs and frontend integrations;
• Support quality assurance by reviewing pull requests from other developers and sharing best practices;
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Marketing, and Design to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions;
• Mentor other developers and share technical knowledge;
• Guide developers, improve processes, and support complex technical decisions.

• 5+ Years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, especially with recent versions (5+), including upgrades between versions;
• 3+ Years of experience building modern frontend applications with React;
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns across frontend and backend;
• Proficiency with GIT version control and QA processes;
• Familiarity with Docker containers;
• Experience with e-commerce implementations or complex backend systems;
• Experience with frontend performance and accessibility;
• Passion for building scalable, maintainable, and elegant code;
• Nice to have: mobile development with Hotwire Native, ElasticSearch, Memcached or Redis, Google Cloud Platform.
