• Build and optimize data-heavy features using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, including filtering, faceting, saved views, and real-time updates
• Design efficient APIs and database queries, including indexes, pagination, cursor-based queries, and aggregation, to handle large-scale datasets
• Implement optimistic updates, conflict resolution, and retry queues for smooth user interactions
• Own features from requirements through production, balancing speed, quality, and technical debt
• Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate development
• Monitor and improve performance, including query latency, rendering, and scrolling FPS

• 5+ Years of full-stack experience with a strong backend focus, including Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch
• Solid React and TypeScript skills
• Experience building and shipping end-to-end products or features used by people
• Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to write, debug, and refactor code
• Founder mindset: experience building side projects, MVPs, or own products; takes ownership, moves fast, and does not wait for perfect requirements
• Understanding of database performance, including indexes, query optimization, and pagination strategies, and search with Elasticsearch
