• Lead and manage the client side development team
• Provide technical direction and resolve complex engineering challenges
• Ensure and maintain high quality coding standards
• Mentor and coach developers to support their carrier growth and skill development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of game releases
• Define and monitor team and individual developer goals aligned with broader business and technical objectives
• Drive improvements to engineering processes and collaboration models
• Design and implement new engine features and reusable systems for future scalability
• Hiring, onboarding and mentoring employees
• Reliable and timely delivery of client features and games aligned with the roadmap
• Manage and optimize team capacity to support delivery goals
• Team growth and retention including and mentoring developers
• Consistent team stability and output during major organization changes
• Smooth adoption of new technologies and workflows during the engine transition

• Experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Strong experience in client-side software development
• Experience mentoring developers
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience maintaining and improving existing systems
• Ability to balance delivery, technical quality, and team support
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English
