• Build and maintain web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and shape the technical direction of the platform;
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage alignment PRs across branches;
• Monitor and investigate performance issues under peak event-driven loads;
• Support CDN configuration with Akamai in collaboration with the DevOps/Ops team;
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins alongside the DevOps/Ops team;
• Act as a technical reference for complex engineering challenges;
• Work within Agile workflows using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and JIRA;
• Align technical execution with project goals.

• 7+ Years of experience in Front-End Development;
• At least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role;
• Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Experience contributing to front-end architecture decisions and defining code quality standards;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins;
• Experience with performance monitoring at scale using Azure Portal, Akamai, or an equivalent CDN;
• Solid experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps Services;
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence;
• Experience mentoring developers and leading code reviews;
• Fluent English, spoken and written;
• Availability to travel every 3 months for 2–3 days;
• Nice to have: knowledge of C#, Razor, Stencil, Tailwind CSS, Rsbuild, or Vite; experience with dependency automation using Renovate and CDN configuration; background in high-traffic, event-driven, or sports-related web platforms; experience in data-driven development, analytics, or A/B testing.
