Oneleet provides a security and compliance platform that helps companies build, manage, and monitor cybersecurity programs and achieve standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

• Build UI components and full pages in React/TypeScript across the platform;
• Extend and maintain the existing component library to ensure product consistency;
• Implement complex triage, filtering, and workflow flows for high-volume data;
• Build data visualizations for dashboards, posture views, and reporting;
• Optimize frontend performance including list virtualization, smart pagination, and responsive interactions;
• Implement real-time updates;
• Partner with the Product Designer on mock-up reviews and component library extensions;
• Collaborate with fullstack and backend engineers to shape APIs;
• Build feedback loops and analytics to capture user interactions;
• Work directly with customers and design partners to validate UX and iterate.

• 5+ Years of frontend engineering experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript;
• Proven track record of shipping production UIs in modern frameworks;
• Hands-on experience with mature component libraries and design systems;
• Experience with state management, performance optimization, and complex data fetching patterns;
• Proficiency with data visualization libraries;
• Strong eye for design fidelity with the ability to challenge patterns or mock-ups;
• Solid debugging skills in the browser and across the network boundary;
• Experience gathering user requirements and translating feedback into UI improvements;
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and design;
• Startup experience and a scrappy, pragmatic approach to shipping;
• Nice to have: Background in cybersecurity or developer tools, experience with real-time data updates and WebSockets, experience building accessible (WCAG-conformant) interfaces, experience with end-to-end testing frameworks.
