Faculty develops and deploys human-centric AI solutions to transform performance across sectors including government, finance, retail, energy, life sciences, and defence. The company focuses on building responsible AI applications to drive measurable positive impact.

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and design specialists to build client-facing products;
• Prioritize, plan, coordinate, and communicate frontend features to internal and external stakeholders;
• Set up and maintain development and deployment infrastructure for the dedicated frontend team;
• Maintain and enforce technical best practices and standards across the entire frontend capacity;
• Create and maintain reusable component libraries for company-wide projects;
• Provide training, mentoring, and onboarding support for new frontend engineers;
• Act as the go-to authority for frontend software engineering within the team.

• Demonstrated experience in building scalable, maintainable, and well-tested web applications using React;
• High proficiency in foundational web technologies including ES6 JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3;
• Hands-on experience writing TypeScript or other typed languages;
• Experience in data visualization techniques and implementations, such as d3;
• Exposure to cloud deployment using platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Strong focus on technical excellence and mentoring others to build a collaborative culture.
