• Take responsibility for the architecture and implementation of sophisticated web applications, including micro-frontends, SPAs, and design system components;
• Translate design and concept specifications into high-performance, accessible frontends;
• Optimise UX in collaboration with design and concept teams;
• Advise clients on technical solutions and their implementation;
• Integrate headless CMS and backend services to create SEO-optimised, maintainable solutions;
• Help shape tooling standards, including Monorepo, Turbo, Vite, and Storybook;
• Ensure efficient workflows;
• Incorporate AI into development and products, including AI-powered workflows and chat integrations.

• Several years of experience with React, ideally including Next.js;
• High proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, modern CSS, and frameworks such as Tailwind;
• Practical experience with micro-frontends, SPAs, and component-based development with Storybook;
• Familiarity with monorepo setups, modern build toolchains, Node.js/APIs, Git, and CI/CD;
• Sound understanding of accessibility, including WCAG, usability, and performance;
• Practical experience with AI tools in the development process, such as Claude Code, Codex, and LLM-based workflows;
• Team-oriented approach, initiative, and strong communication skills;
• Very good command of English.
